Who We Are

Founder and Managing Director

Suesal Arieli

Suesal founded Arieli & Company to provide incisive advice and leadership development to international professionals and leaders, from the start to the end of their careers. She specialises in career management, and helping clients navigate important career decisions and transitions.

Prior to Arieli & Company, Suesal spent 10 years investigating optimal career navigation and talent management, while consulting across diverse fields, including law, media, and design. Previous employers include Deutsche Bank, ITN and McAllister Olivarius LLP.

Suesal received her MA (Oxon) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Balliol College, University of Oxford. She trained in advanced executive and transition coaching at the Hudson Institute, Santa Barbara (U.S.). She is an accredited member of the International Coach Federation, the British Psychological Society and the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations.


Susan Cedars

Susan has dedicated her career to helping organisations improve employee engagement, leadership impact, and operational success. Her expertise lies in helping individuals and leadership teams meet the challenges created by constant change in the workplace, and the ever-increasing internal and external pressures impacting business executives today.

For over 20 years, Susan enjoyed a dynamic, executive-level career in Human Resources with prominent acute healthcare organisations on the California Central Coast. She is passionate about coaching leaders through transitions, as well as helping leaders and teams leverage their individual and collective strengths for increased productivity and engagement.

Susan is a certified Hudson Institute coach. She is qualified in the 360Reach assessment and Kolbe. Susan is an alumna of Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.


Peter Gandolfo

Peter combines his rich experience as leader in international marketing (consumer goods) with a lifelong passion for helping others achieve success on their own terms. He works with leaders in transition, as well as those developing authentic styles or integrating life and career achievement.

Before working as an executive coach, Peter led client engagement at the Drucker Insitute and global brand strategy at Mattel. He was instrumental in product development and marketing while at Ford Motor Company.

Peter is a certified Hudson Institute coach and an accredited member of the International Coach Federation. He is a qualified practitioner of the Hogan assessments. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson, and a BA in Psychology and Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame.


Adrienne Kortas

Adrienne focuses on increasing representation of women in leadership roles, and in helping female executives cultivate their authentic presence, voice, and leadership vision. As a wife, mother of three, and someone who has lost 70kg, she intuitively understands the challenges of balancing it all and has proven strategies for managing the “fullness” of life with less stress and more joy.

At Amazon and Target, Adrienne spearheaded global talent management initiatives and leadership development. She is regularly sought out to facilitate training and to keynote events.

Adrienne is an accredited Hudson Institute Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. She holds an MBA from the Opus College of Business, University of St. Thomas, and a BBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.


Karen McMillan

Karen has a legacy of success working as a senior business and people leader in the commercial FMCG and not-for-profit arenas. She is adept at working with leaders and teams to develop the right strategic and operational solutions, and at supporting the embedding, training, and coaching process back into the workplace.

Karen’s earlier career spanned 25 years working for blue-chip FMCG organisations Mars Confectionery and PepsiCo International, high-end retailer Selfridges, and the CIPD, the leading UK-body for HR professionals and Learning & Development specialists.

Karen is an accredited executive coach with the Henley Business School, UK. She is an alumna of the University of Strathclyde, Scotland.


June Noronha

June works with CEOs, Executive Directors and emerging leaders who have been recognised regionally or nationally for their accomplishment and potential.

Previously, June was Strategic Officer and Portfolio Director at the Bush Foundation, Minnesota, where she led overall strategy for the Foundation, and for nation-building and government reform in Indian country. June has held senior leadership positions in higher education in the field of international and multicultural education, and executive positions in local government and education sectors.

June presently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Council on Foundations, and Chair of the Board of Trustees of World Education Services. She is a certified Hudson Institute coach. June is consulted widely on development issues, immigration and internationalisation. June is an alumna of Macalester College and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.


Eleanor Robinson

Eleanor works on client research investigations across a wide range of industries. She also specialises in personality theory and its impact on career development.

Eleanor holds a BA in French and Spanish from New College, University of Oxford. She has completed programmes in somatic leadership development at the Strozzi Institute in California, and in analytical psychology at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zürich. She has also trained in psychological type theory with Robert McAlpine.
